Setup Guide
Open XTimer Before Your Meeting
Launch XTimer in your web browser and configure your countdown timer with the desired duration. Position the browser window where you can easily see it.
Join Your Zoom Meeting
Start or join your Zoom meeting as usual. Make sure you're ready to share your screen when needed.
Share Your Screen
Click 'Share Screen' in Zoom and select either your entire screen or just the browser window containing XTimer. Check 'Share computer sound' if you want audio alerts.
Start the Timer
Click start on your timer. All meeting participants will now see the countdown. You can control it from your main screen or use remote control from your phone.
Stop Sharing When Done
When the timed segment ends, click 'Stop Share' in Zoom to return to normal video view.
